Jamestown 400, day 2

Day two: Reenactment of the landing of the first Jamestown settlers with Rev Hunt and Event Kick off; Mini tour at Williamsburg with Dan Ford and Michael Billings; trip to Yorktown; Opening Ceremonies at the Hampton Roads Convention Center.

(Our pictures are not in order) After the Williamsburg mini tour and before the convention center in the evening, some of our group went to the Yorktown battle field. Abbey and Dee moved all our stuff to a different room in the hotel, so that we could be by the rest of the group. There were also two meals in there and a lot of scurring from place to place. Whew.

A few pictures of our group, I'm noticing there are no older boys...they were all working (very hard) for RV the entire week, so pictures of the older boys in our group are limited.

Across the top: Jessica, Lauren, Stephanie, Anna, Megan, Joanna, Katherine H.

Some of the dads taking more of a leisurely walk.

Lots of girls

The only night event the entire group was together, we had to drive to the Hampton Roads convention center, about an hour away.

RV (Resounding Voice) guys, doing
one of their many responsibilities. This is one of the last pictures of the day.

Hello Hills,

I just found your blog today. It was great to re-meet some of you in Jamestown. I do remember meeting you ladies at the mother/daughter retreat now. I just found some pictures from that retreat and we are practically standing side by side. Its amazing to see how much we all have changed. :)

Great picture's! Maybe someday we can sit down long enough to get to know each other. Hopefully sooner then later. :)
