The Strand Family invited Wendy, Justin and Dee to Old World Wisconsin, at the beginning of the month. We had a wonderful day, for the weather was gorgeous, bright, sunny and warm plus the park was very interesting and we just had a great time visiting with the
Strands. Thank you Strand's for inviting us along.
Mr. "Gary" used Grant, Lauren and Wendy as "props" or examples during his talk. He really knew a lot about the girls dresses and even Grant's uniform. Unfortunately, no one in WI could figure out why anyone would wear a CSA uniform, so Grant was forced to listen to remarks all day. We toured this house with a group of ladies wearing purple and red.
This interpreter was the blacksmith, he was very interesting and let all the bigger kids try his equipment out. At Old World WI, the interpreters were all very knowledgeable and friendly, probably one of the best parks we have been at.
Justin kept saying that Lauren didn't fit when he looks at this picture, he says that also.
