Visiting at Granny's farm, Nov., 2007

We packed up the van and headed to WV to celebrate Granny's 90Th birthday. All the original 6 cousins were together, the first time since about 40 years ago. All my aunts and uncles on my dad's side and several of the great-grand children. It was really good to be together. The weather was pleasant and the visiting was great. Although Granny was having some trouble with her hip she seemed to enjoy having everyone in to celebrate her birthday. We took so many pictures (as always), so I'll put some collages together so we can share more of them. About the above collage: our family drove all night Thursday and arrived at Granny's Friday morning. The picture in the left corner is of Justin taking a break after the long trip, while traveling he began to sing about 2:00 AM (while in the van), so he didn't get much sleep, but neither did anyone else. He never complained and was a good traveler. Other pics. with various relatives: my dad, uncle Mike, James and Gordan, Elena etc. On Saturday morning Daniel was at Midway Airport waiting for his plane, when they informed him he would not make the connecting flight because the first flight was delayed. When flying into to such small airports, we didn't have any other options, so he was unable to come to WV with us. (we were all very disappointed.) Later on Saturday, the rest of us were able to take a short walk over my grandmother's farm, see the cliffs and do some exploring.

Again, click directly on the collage and it will increase in size.
